  12. Pull the cable and check voltage on pin 26. If the controller has 5 volts,
  13. then it supplies termpower. Conversely, check pin 26 on the drive with
  14. power on the drive. The actual spec really doesn't say which is supposed to
  15. handle that, but if the controller does, then the machine prolly won't lock
  16. up if the drive doesn't spin up fast enough, or is non-powered for some
  17. reason.
